Cancellation Policy



Our conditions for payment and our cancellation policy are as follows:

To confirm a booking at Fuente de la Higuera we require a 25% non-refundable payment. Should you cancel less than seven calendar days prior to arrival we will charge the whole amount of the booking.

To confirm a booking at The Lodge we require a 30% non-refundable payment. The remaining 70% should be paid by bank transfer at least 6 weeks prior to the planned date of arrival. For cancellations that are made between six weeks and seven calendar days prior to the planned date of arrival, 70% of the total cost will be charged. For cancellations made within the seven calendar days prior to arrival the full amount of the agreed cost will be charged.

Prices are per room/lodge, excluding 7 % VAT. We advise to contract a travel-insurance.
